How do I pay at Pick up (Courial Pay Order)?
When you have an offer that requires COURIAL PAY, we will send funds to your linked bank account for immediate access once you tap ARRIVE at pickup. You must use either cash or your personal credit/debit card to pay the merchant or restaurant before you can pick up the item.
Once the item is picked up, follow these steps:
- Enter the actual amount you paid to pick up the item.
- Take a picture of the receipt from merchant and follow the upload instructions in the app.
- Once the amount is recorded and the receipt uploaded, SWIPE to continue.
- You will now be able to SWIPE TO CONFIRM PICK UP.
