How do I pay at Pick up (Courial Pay Order)?
When you receive an offer requiring COURIAL PAY, funds will be sent to your linked bank account for immediate access as soon as you tap ARRIVE at pickup. You’ll need to use either cash or your personal credit/debit card to pay the merchant or restaurant before picking up the item.
After picking up the item, follow these steps:
- Enter the actual amount you paid for the item.
- Take a picture of the receipt from the merchant and follow the upload instructions in the app.
- Once the amount is recorded and the receipt is uploaded, SWIPE to continue.
- You will then be able to SWIPE TO CONFIRM PICK UP.
