What additional fees are incorporated into my final cost?

We charge a base delivery fee of $4.95, plus $0.95 per mile. To keep these fees affordable, you may be charged an Effort Fee if the Courial needs to take an elevator or climb more than one flight of stairs. 

We also charge a Heavy Fee for larger items over 45 lbs and deliveries requiring two Courials, as well as a Wait Fee if your Courial is required to wait more than five minutes while picking up or delivering your order. 

Our platform works best for both Customers and Courials when Customers only book Courials when they know their items are ready for pickup.
