What additional fees are incorporated into my final cost?

Here is a breakdown of the fees that may be included in your final delivery cost:

Base Delivery Fee: $4.95

Mileage Fee: $0.95 per mile

Additional Fees:

Effort Fee: Charged if the Courial needs to take an elevator or climb more than one flight of stairs.

Heavy Fee: Applied for larger items over 45 lbs or deliveries requiring two Courials.

Wait Fee: Incurred if the Courial needs to wait more than five minutes while picking up or delivering your order.

Our platform works best for both Customers and Courials when items are ready for pickup at the time of booking.
