What happens if the pick up or drop off location is closed?


Drop-Off Location Closed:

- If the drop-off location is closed, inaccessible, or there is nowhere to leave the package, the offer will be canceled.

- The package will be held by the Courial for 24 hours, provided the items are not perishable.

- If this happens, feel free to contact support, dispatch, or the Courial directly.


Pickup Location Closed:

- Please contact dispatch at (415) 275-4707 as soon as possible for next steps.
