What happens if the pick up or drop off location is closed?

If the drop off location is closed, not accessible or there is nowhere for the package to be left, the offer will be cancelled and the package will be held by the Courial for 24 hours (providing the items are not perishable). Feel free to contact support, dispatch or the Courial directly if this happens.
