How to Add a Stop and Change Addresses on Courial

Courial lets you adjust your trip easily—even after your ride has started. You can add a stop or change your destination directly from the app with full price transparency.

Add a Stop (Before or After the Ride Starts)

You can add one extra stop per trip, and it can be added before booking or while the ride is already in progress.

How to Add a Stop

• Open the address screen (before booking) or the active ride screen (after the ride starts).
• Tap Add Stop (+), Next to the destination address

• Enter the stop location.
• Review the updated route and fare.
• Tap Add Stop to confirm.

Stop Rules & Fees

• 🛑 Maximum: 1 stop per trip
• ⏱️ Time limit: Up to 20 minutes
• 💵 Fee: 100 THB per stop
• ➕ Additional distance charges may apply

Change Destination After the Ride Is Booked

Plans changed? You can update your final destination even after the ride has started.

How to Change Destination

1. Open the active ride screen.
2. Tap the Destination field.
3. Search for and select the new destination.
4. Review the updated route, ETA, and fare.
5. Confirm the change.

Your chauffeur is notified instantly and navigation updates automatically.

Important Things to Know

• You can add only one stop per trip
• Stops can be added before or during the ride
• Destination changes are allowed after booking and during the ride
• Fare and ETA may change based on time, distance, or waiting
• All updates are shown clearly before confirmation
