How to Save and Book a Favorite Chauffeur on Courial

Overview

Courial lets you save chauffeurs you love and prioritize them for future rides. When you book, your favorite chauffeurs can be notified first—so you’re more likely to ride again with someone you trust.

How to Save a Chauffeur as a Favorite

You can save a chauffeur right after a great ride.

Complete your ride as usual.
On the Rate Your Experience screen, select a 5-star rating.

(Optional) Add a tip and choose feedback tags.
Tap Submit Tip & Rating.
When prompted, tap Add to Favorites.

You’ll see a confirmation that the chauffeur has been added successfully.

Good to know

Only chauffeurs rated 5 stars can be added to favorites.
Adding a favorite is optional and can be skipped by choosing Maybe Later.

How to Book a Ride with a Favorite Chauffeur

Step 1: Start a Booking

Open the Courial app.
Enter your pickup and drop-off locations.
Review your route and select a ride class.
Tap Book.

Step 2: Choose to Check Favorites First

Before the request is sent, you’ll see a prompt asking if Courial should check with your favorite chauffeurs first.

Tap Yes to prioritize favorites
Tap No to send the request to all available chauffeurs immediately

Step 3: Select Favorite Chauffeur(s)

If you choose Yes, you’ll be taken to the Favorite Partners screen.

You can:

Select one specific favorite chauffeur, or
Tap Select all Chauffeurs to notify all your favorites

Each chauffeur card shows their rating, vehicle, and estimated distance.

Step 4: Confirm and Wait

After selection, you’ll see a confirmation explaining the process:

Your ride request is sent to your selected favorite chauffeur(s)
They have 15 minutes to accept
If no one accepts, Courial automatically offers the ride to all available chauffeurs in your selected class

Tap Got it! to continue.

What Happens Next

If a favorite chauffeur accepts, they’ll be assigned to your ride
If not, Courial ensures you’re still matched with the best available chauffeur nearby
You’re never left without a booking option
