How Cash Ride works

  1. Ride Request
    • Chauffeur can see Payment Method Cash before accepting a ride.
    • On accept screen, a label is shown at the bottom: "Client is paying via Cash".

  2. During the Ride
    • After the Chauffeur confirms the ride, a label remains on the ride screen:

      "฿Amount Cash"

    • This label stays visible until the ride is completed.

  3. At Drop-Off
    • When the Chauffeur taps "Tap to Confirm Drop Off" at the drop location, a popup appears:

      "Did you receive at least ฿Amount from Passenger Name?"

    • Two buttons are available:
      • Yes
      • No

  4. If Chauffeur Selects "No" (Cash Not Received)
    1. A popup appears:

      "Please contact our support team for further steps.

      You will not be able to complete this trip or accept bookings from other customers until we receive this.

      Support team approval."

    2. Button available: Contact Support → opens Chat with Support.
    3. Chauffeur is put Offline automatically.
    4. Restrictions until issue resolved by Support:
      • Cannot switch Online.
      • Cannot accept new bookings.
      • Cannot Cash Out.
      • Cannot delete account.

  5. If Chauffeur Selects "Yes" (Cash Received)
    • A new screen appears with the label: "Enter Collected Amount".

    • Chauffeur must:
      1. Enter the collected ride amount.
      2. Enter Tip (Optional):
        • Enter tip amount if received.
        • Choose No Tip if no tip.
    • Continue button:
      • Disabled until all inputs/options are filled.
      • Enabled once all required fields are completed.
    • On tapping Continue, the ride is marked as Completed.
