How to Sign Up for the Chauffeur by Courial Partner App
Follow these steps to create your account and complete onboarding. The process typically takes 10 to 15 minutes for submission, followed by a review period for approvals.
- Open the App

When you launch the app, you will see three sign-in options:
- Continue with Apple (iOS only)
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Email

- Email Sign Up (Example flow)
- Tap Continue with Email.
- An input field appears where you enter your email.
- New Partners (Waitlist Process)
- If you are a new applicant, a popup will appear: “New signups are currently paused. You will be added to the waitlist.”
- To join the waitlist:
- Fill in: referral code, first name, last name, email, country code, phone number, major city, and home zip code.
- Tap Continue.
- A confirmation popup appears: “You are on the list.”
If you select Maybe Later, the popup closes with no action taken.
Existing Partners or Approved Waitlist Members
You will be taken to the OTP (one-time password) verification screen..
- An OTP will be sent to your phone.
- If you do not receive it, you can resend after 1 minute.
- Enter the OTP and tap Submit.
Onboarding Setup
If your account has not been set up before, you will go through these steps:
- Transportation Setup
- Select your transport mode: car, moto, or walk.
- Enter vehicle details: make, model, year, number of seatbelts or weight capacity, vehicle type, engine type, color, license plate, and expiration date.
- Upload: vehicle photo and registration photo.
- If your vehicle is not listed, scroll down and select “My Vehicle is not listed” to enter details manually.
- The app will display your vehicle category and whether it qualifies for Chauffeur or Chauffeur Moto service.
- Background Check
- Read and acknowledge the confirmation box.
- Read and acknowledge the confirmation box.
- Tap Continue.
- After submitting all documents, the app shows your background check is in progress.
- Once reviewed and approved by our support team, your account will be activated.
- Insurance
- Upload your insurance policy or certificate (PDF, JPG, or PNG).
- Service Preferences
- Select the services you provide: Chauffeur, Deliver, Concierge, Valet, or Moto.
- Ride Service Interview (Required for Chauffeur Service)
- A popup will prompt you to either Schedule Interview or choose Maybe Later.
- Identification
- Enter personal details: first name, middle name, last name, address, city, state or province, zip code, SSN or national ID, and date of birth.
- Upload ID
- Upload a government-issued ID. A driving license is mandatory for car and moto transports.
- For driver’s license: photo, number, expiration date, state of issue.
- For ID card: photo, number, expiration date, state of issue.
- For passport: photo, number, expiration date.
- The system will auto-fill fields using your ID photo. If it does not work, enter details manually.
- References
- Add two references: full name, email, and relationship.
- The background check will not complete until both references verify their information via email.
- Profile Photo
- Upload a clear, professional photo of yourself.
- Tips for Success
- Ensure all uploads are clear and legible to avoid delays.
- If the OTP does not arrive, check your spam folder or network connection.
- Contact support if you encounter issues with auto-fill or approvals.
