How are fares calculated for the ride?

Chauffeur by Courial provides upfront fares so you always know your cost before confirming the ride.

Here’s how the fare is structured:

• 💵 Base Fare – Shown upfront when you book.
• ⏱️ Wait Time – First 20 minutes are free. After that, 10 THB per minute.
• ➕ Extra Stops – +100 THB per stop (feature coming soon).
• 🧳 Large Luggage – +50 THB per item.
• ✈️ Airport Drop-off Surcharge – 500 THB.
• 🛣️ Tolls – Added to your fare if applicable.

📌 Cancellation Policy:

• ✅ Free if canceled before 20 minutes of waiting.
• ⚠️ 25% fee if canceled after confirmation but before chauffeur is within 10 minutes of pickup.
• ❌ 50% fee if canceled within 10 minutes of pickup or after chauffeur arrival.

ℹ️ Other Important Notes:

• 🚫 Airport pickups are not available at this time.
• 📉 No surge pricing — fares remain consistent, with adjustments only in rare force majeure events.
