Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Yes — you can schedule rides in advance for added flexibility and convenience. All bookings must be scheduled at least 3 hours in advance. You can choose between different types of advance bookings based on your needs:

  1. Hourly Rides:
    • Ideal for exploring the city or attending multiple stops.
    • Pickup and drop-off locations are the same.
    • Example: You can book a chauffeur to take you around and return to your starting point after your trip.
  2. Point-to-point Advance Rides:
    • Select this option if your pickup and drop-off addresses are different.
    • Perfect for business meetings, events, or special occasions where you need one-way travel.
  3. Airport Transfers
    • Book a ride in advance to or from the airport.

      Currently available for:

      • Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
      • Don Mueang International Airport (DMK)
    • While booking, you can also share your flight details — including airline, flight number, arrival date/time, and terminal.
    • If you prefer not to share flight information, simply tap Skip.

How to Schedule Hourly Ride:

  1. Home Screen: Select "Hourly": Open the User app and tap the "Hourly" button at the top to start your hourly ride booking.
  2. Enter Pickup/Drop-off Location. Select your pickup address (this will also be your drop-off location). Use the car slider to adjust the number of hours for your ride. Tap the Continue button to proceed.
  3. Select Car: Choose a car from the available list for your booking.

    Add Date & Time: Pick your required date, time, and number of hours. Hourly bookings must be scheduled at least 3 hours in advance.

    Add Enhancements

    The Add Enhancement button stays disabled until enhancements—such as bodyguards, language, mood, or luggage—are selected to personalize your ride. Once you choose these options, the Add Enhancement button will be enabled. Your ride is scheduled immediately when you tap the Add Enhancement button.

    1. on Tap Add Enhancement button, New screen will appear it will have all ride info including dates, car , fare total, selected enhancements and two buttons Edit Enhancements and Cancel booking
      1. On Tap Edit Enhancement, it will redirect you to Add Enhancements screen
        1. To view ride details such as car type, enhancements, and fare summary, tap on the info icon.
      2. On tap of Cancel booking, it will cancel the ride.


How to Schedule a Ride in Advance (Point-to-point rides):

  1. Tap "Chauffeur Scheduled"

    Start from the home screen and tap on the "Chauffeur Scheduled" option.

  2. Enter Pickup and Destination
    • Enter your pickup and destination addresses.

  3. Choose Place Source: Three icons are available:
    • Recents (default): lists recent addresses.
    • Favorites: tap to view and add Home, Work, or other favorite places; favorites also show recent places.
    • Airport: tap to select Suvarnabhumi or Donmueang International Airport (Bangkok).
    • Optionally, enter flight details (Airline, Flight No, Arrival Date/Time, Terminal). Use "Share" to add, or "Skip" to continue.

  4. Choose car:
    • After entering pickup and drop addresses, proceed to car selection
    • Choose your car and view the base fare. Tap "Schedule".
  5. Select Date and Time:

    When prompted, choose the date and time for your ride. Tap "Schedule" to confirm.

    View Ride & Car Info:

    Next screen displays the scheduled date, car details, and fare summary

    Choose Enhancements:

    • Select ride enhancements (bodyguards, language, mood, luggage) and tap "Add Enhancements".
      • When you tap "Add Enhancements", the ride is scheduled.
  6. Booking Confirmation & Management:
    • After scheduling, review your ride info and enhancements.
    • To update, tap "Edit Enhancements", which returns you to the enhancement selection screen.
    • To cancel, tap "Cancel Booking".
    • To view full ride details (car, enhancements, fare summary), tap the info icon.
