How do I book a ride in the app?

Follow these steps to book your ride:

1. Open the app → Home

   You’ll see the service tiles Ride.

   
   

2. Tap “Ride”

   This opens the ride booking flow from the home screen.

3. 📍 Set your pickup location

   Tap the location bar at the top and confirm (or search) your pickup point.

4. Enter your destination

   Search for your drop-off or select a saved place (e.g., Home / Hotel / Office).

5. Choose a vehicle type

   Pick from premium options (Sedan, SUV, Luxury Van) with comfort-first amenities.

6. Add trip details (optional)

   Add multiple stops, notes for the chauffeur, request a child seat, or luggage assistance.

7. Review fare & ETA

   See upfront pricing, estimated arrival, and travel time.

8. Select payment & confirm

   Choose card or wallet and tap Confirm/Book ride.

9. Whenever any Chauffer accepts your ride you will get notification "A Chauffeur has accepted your ride request!".
10. Add Pickup spot: Popup appears Specify a pickup spot?
    1. Tap Yes to meet at specific location
       1. On Tap of Yes, it shows Popular spots with Pickup, Choose from dropdown options, if you not found from option. Add your pickup spot. You can also add Photo of pickup spot as well.
          1. Tap Send to share pickup spot,
          2. Tap Cancel to Close popup.
       2. On Tap of No, close the popup.

11. Track & ride

    See chauffeur and vehicle details, track the car live, and use in-app Chat/Call if needed.

12. After the trip

    Rate your chauffeur and download the receipt from Activity.
