🌟 Courial Elite Drivers

• Chauffeur receives: 85% of total fare.
• Courial keeps: 15% commission.
• Requirements to qualify:
  • Maintain 4.8+ star rating
  • Complete at least 20 rides/month

  • Have a vehicle less than 5 years old and pass inspection

    If not, split is 80/20  

🏍 Motorbike Chauffeurs

• Maintain 4.8+ star rating
• Complete at least 20 rides/month
• Have a vehicle less than 5 years old and pass inspection

If not, split is 80/20

If EV, get elite rate, no matter star rating, or number of rides completed, for cars and bikes. 

Airport Rides

• Drop-offs:
  • Popup (before booking): “Airport drop-offs include a ฿500 fee.”
• Pickups:
  • Available

Cancellation Flow

• No fee if cancelled before 20 mins of waiting.
• 25% fee for any other cancellation after booking confirmation but before partner is within 10 mins of pickup.
• 50% fee if cancelled when partner is within 10 mins of pickup.

Ride was cancelled 

• Rider and driver may cancel before ride starts 
• Cancellations from rider due to no-shows or app issues won’t affect your score
