My Chauffeur driver account is suspended

To maintain high standards, Courials will be deactivated or suspended for:

1. Not following instructions.
2. Failing to adhere to safety regulations.
3. No-shows for pickups.
4. Unprofessional behavior or use of inappropriate language with clients or dispatch.
5. Unprofessional driving.
6. Dropping off at the wrong location.
7. Not setting up the Ride at the drop-off location when required.

If you believe a decision was made in error, you have the opportunity to appeal via email.
