How to Delete Your Account

We understand your decision to delete your account. If there are any concerns or issues you would like to discuss, please contact our support team to help us better understand your situation and assist you further.

If you wish to delete your account from our platform, please follow these simple steps:

1. Tap on your profile picture located at the top left corner of the Home screen to open the Profile screen.
2. On the Profile screen, tap on the "Help" option.

3. In the Help menu, tap on the "Delete Account" option.

   
   

   

   
   
4. You will be asked to provide a reason for deleting your account. This helps us understand your concern and improve our services. After filling in your reason, tap the "Continue" button.
5. Tap the "Confirm Deletion" button.
6. Tap "Yes" to delete your account and all associated information.
