Reasons for Deactivation or Suspension

To maintain high standards, Courials will be deactivated or suspended for:

  1. Not following delivery instructions.
  2. Failing to adhere to food delivery safety regulations.
  3. Missing essential delivery equipment, particularly hot bags. Click here to purchase one.
  4. No-shows for pickups.
  5. Unprofessional behavior or use of inappropriate language with clients or dispatch.
  6. Damaged order items.
  7. Delivering the incorrect order.
  8. Dropping off at the wrong location.
  9. Not setting up the order at the drop-off location when required.
  10. Contacting the client directly about pay or tip discrepancies. Please remember that we pass 100% of tips to you, so if there’s an issue, it is most likely due to a technical glitch. You must contact us first to resolve it.

If you believe a decision was made in error, you have the opportunity to appeal via email.
