Reasons for Deactivation or Suspension
To maintain high standards, Courials will be deactivated or suspended for:
- Not following delivery instructions.
- Failing to adhere to food delivery safety regulations.
- Missing essential delivery equipment, particularly hot bags. Click here to purchase one.
- No-shows for pickups.
- Unprofessional behavior or use of inappropriate language with clients or dispatch.
- Damaged order items.
- Delivering the incorrect order.
- Dropping off at the wrong location.
- Not setting up the order at the drop-off location when required.
- Contacting the client directly about pay or tip discrepancies. Please remember that we pass 100% of tips to you, so if there’s an issue, it is most likely due to a technical glitch. You must contact us first to resolve it.
If you believe a decision was made in error, you have the opportunity to appeal via email.
