Password Reset

If you need to reset your password, you can easily do so from the sign in screen. Simply tap RESET (1) and follow the in app instructions. An email with further instructions will be sent to the email address you provide (2). You can receive this email (3) on your device or on your computer. We recommend you do it on the device where the Courial app is installed.
