How do I cancel my offer?

To cancel an offer after accepting it, follow these steps:


1. Tap the QUESTION MARK in the upper right corner of the OFFER DETAILS screen.

2. Select CANCEL CURRENT DELIVERY.

3. If you have multiple active offers, choose the one you want to cancel.

4. Select a cancellation reason from the provided options and tap CANCEL DELIVERY.


Please note that if you’ve already picked up the item or package, you won’t be able to cancel the offer. In such cases, contact us directly at support@courial.com for assistance. Once your offer is cancelled, both you and the customer will receive a cancellation confirmation via SMS text message.
