How do I cancel my offer?

To cancel an offer after you have accepted it, simply tap the  QUESTION MARK in the upper right corner of the OFFER DETAILS screen then follow these steps:

  1. Tap CANCEL CURRENT DELIVERY
  2. Choose which offer to cancel (if you have more than one active offer)
  3. Choose a cancellation reason from the options provided and tap CANCEL DELIVERY

In the event your offer item or package has already been picked up, you will not be able to cancel. In such cases, please contact us directly at support@courial.com for help.Once your offer is cancelled, both you and the customer will receive a cancellation confirmation by SMS text message.
