What is the difference between "Pre-Paid" and "Courial Pay"?

"Pre-Paid" describes the payment method when the item being picked up has already been paid for, or when no payment is required. "Courial Pay" describes the payment method when the item must be paid for at pick up. A 5% "Courial Pay Fee" will be applied atop the item cost only.
