When is the wait fee applied?

A wait fee is applied in the following situations:

- Pickup Delays: If your Courial has to wait more than five minutes for your package to be ready at the pickup location.

- Delivery Delays: If your Courial has to wait more than five minutes for you to accept a delivery.

To avoid wait fees, please ensure that your package is ready for pickup when you book a Courial.
