Can Courial help with last mile deliveries?

Yes, Courial can give you greater control over your last mile of online deliveries. Here’s how it works:

1. Search for Your Ecommerce Site: Tap the “Search” icon, scroll to the bottom, and tap the “URL Search” icon. Enter your desired ecommerce URL or select from popular options displayed. You can also customize and save icons from your favorite e-commerce sites.

2. Place Your Order: Visit the website and place your order. Before checking out, tap the “Calendar” icon in the upper left-hand corner of the app to review the available delivery address options for that company. During checkout on the ecommerce site, enter the address where you want the package delivered. For maximum control, choose our local Courial Hub if it's available in your area.

3. Capture Order Details: Tap the “Camera” icon to take a screenshot of your order.

4. Confirm Delivery Address: Tap the “Calendar” icon again, choose the delivery address, and ensure it matches the address on your order. Add any pickup notes and tap “Continue.”

5. Complete the Booking: Follow the booking instructions in the app. Once your package arrives at the destination, you'll receive a confirmation from the e-commerce company. At that time, complete the booking, and we’ll dispatch a Courial. You can track the status or change the delivery destination in the app as needed.
