Can Courial help with last mile deliveries?

Yes, Courial can easily give you more control over your last mile of online deliveries. 

Here’s how it works:

• Tap on the “Search” icon, scroll down to the bottom and tap the “URL Search” icon.
• Search for your desired ecommerce URL or select one of the popular options from the icons below. (You can easily edit these icons and save new icons from your favorite e-commerce sites.)
• Visit the website and place your order. However, before checking out, tap the “Calendar” icon on the upper left-hand corner of our app and review the delivery address options for that company. During check out on the ecommerce website, enter the address where you want the package delivered. For the most control of your delivery, choose our local Courial Hub if it is available in your area.
• Tap the “Camera” icon to capture a screen image of your order.
• Tap the “Calendar” icon again and choose the delivery address, make sure it matches the address on your order. 
• Add any pickup notes and tap “Continue”
• Follow the booking instructions.
• You will receive a confirmation from the e-commerce company when your package arrives at the destination. 

Go ahead and complete the booking at that time and we will dispatch a Courial. And as always, you can track the status or change destination in the app.
